Anis del Mono (Dulce) is a sweet Spanish aniseed liqueur made from distilled anises (anise seeds (Pimpinella Anisum), green anise, and star anise) and other aromatic botanicals. Distilled in copper alambiques, the finish is clean and luxurious without being cloying.
