Bidaia Rosado 2019

Coming from the Getariako Txakolina DO in Pais Vasco (Basque Spain), this rosé is made from Hondarrabi Zuri (black) and Hondarrabi Zuri (white). The producer, Bidaia is known for producing delicious, delicately effervescent summer wines for any occasion. This rosado is pale pink in colour, with fresh fruity notes of strawberries and raspberries on the nose. The finish is dry, and the palate is fresh, juicy and mineral. 

Perfect Pairing: Great as and aperitif, but wonderful with poultry, pork, fish (especially rich fish like salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna, etc) and shellfish. Drink this on a warm day over a cheese board with olives, grilled vegetables and charcuterie. Perfect with Tapas and Pintxos
