A quality Cava from Canals & Munné. Aging produces a delicate mousse that lingers and a fine bead. The palate is dry with aromas and flavours of apple, pear, lemon, yeast and brioche. High acidity, medium body and a long finish. Very good!
Perfect Pairings: Shellfish - Lobster, oysters, prawns. Wonderful with fresh berries especially strawberries and more generally as an aperitif for those special occasions.
