A delightful blend of Garnacha Blanca (80%) and Viognier (20%) from DOQ Priorat. Organic wine techniques used with five months lees ageing. Formiga de Seda is an intense straw yellow wine with golden reflections. It has a complex aroma profile, with citrus, pear, brioche notes from the lees ageing and a smoky minerality. The wine is full bodied, well balanced, fresh and elegant.
Perfect Pairing: Good as and aperitif, and with poultry, pork, white fish, salads, vegetables and pasta. Great with smoked meats and fresh, young cheeses
