Crossos DOQ Priorat 2018

Crossos is a high intensity cherry red blend of Garnacha (60%) Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Carinena (20%). Up front aromas of red and black fruits stand out, along with balsamic notes, and accompanied by notes of thyme, orange peel and spices. On the palate it is intense and rich, well balanced, where the fruit and freshness are pleasantly expressed.

Perfect Pairing: Best with braised beef dishes, stews, lamb, duck, and other meat and game dishes that need a powerful wine. A strong “curado” goat or sheep cheese, and a blue cheese would also pair well.
