Maestro is a sweet natural wine produced using Moscatel de Alejandría from within DO Málaga. Fresh grapes are picked in small cases, unstalked and free-run juice is initially fermented to achieve a moderate alcohol level of 8%. Ferments continues slowly until the wine reached the desire 15% Vol.
15% Vol. Residual sugar 110 g/l. Serve between 8 and 10º C.
