Nivarius Tempranillo Blanco 2019

A rare 100% Tempranillo Blanco from DOCa Rioja, resulting in a fresh, unctuous and perfectly ripe wine that is both lively and pleasant to drink. Lovely balanced flavours and aromas of pear, yellow apple, apricot, peach, orange, lemon, grapefruit, a lovely minerality to the wine, and a very subtle touch of kiwifruit. The wine spends four months aging on lees to develop honey notes, that become more pronounced with age. 

Perfect Pairings: I'll be so bold as to suggest a Thai fish curry with this wine. Good with all cheese, soft and hard, chicken and seafood including shellfish (especially lobster and crab).
