A Tierno wine, which literally means 'tender wine' is made from partially dried grapes, used especially for fortifying within the DO Málaga using Pedro Ximénez grapes. This wine is produced according to old rules of the Appellation of Origin. Aged 5 years in very old American oak barrels.
15% Vol. Residual sugar more than 300 g/l. Serve between 12 and 14º C.
