Hand harvested, the grapes are destemmed directly over open oak vats to allow for natural fermentation. Only a small number of bottles of this particular blend are made each year from select vineyard location. 40% Tempranillo, 40% Graciano, 10% Grenache, and 10% Viura. This blend provides silky tannins, mellow acidity and a velvety mouthfeel. It is a rare treat to behold. Consistently ranked as one of Spain's top 100 wines. Rich, dense, plush and ripe flavours of black cherry, black plum, and black currant and sweet spice.
