Modus Vivendi Do Ribeiro 2020

This offering from Viña Costeira in the heart of DO Ribeiro in Galicia, just north of the Portuguese border is a an elegant Treixadura dominant blend. Aromas of honeysuckle blossom and Jasmin, with primary flavours of stone fruit/yellow peach, green apple, pear, melon and a delicious minerality. These wines are unoaked, medium bodied and best consumed young. They can contain hints of lemon zest and cucumber. 

Perfect Pairing: Outstanding with seafood, roasted vegetables (stuffed peppers), sushi and sashimi. The wine has enough texture and body to pair well with stronger seafood dishes, including grilled Octopus (Pulpo a la Gallega), Galician fish stew, risotto, and pasta dishes. Great with cheese, in particular local Galician Tetilla cheese.
