Very Old Dry Wine DO Málaga. Pedro Ximenez Grape juice from centenary vineyards placed in the Mounts of Málaga. Total fermentation and later increase of alcohol by concentration because the long period of ageing. “Criaderas and soleras” system allows us to age this wine for more than 40 years.
