Sweet Natural DO Málaga. Pedro Ximenez. Grape juice from dried grapes. Partial fermentation to reach, at least, 12% Vol. Then, alcohol is added to the wine, stopping fermentation. “Criaderas and soleras” system allows us to age this wine for more than 40 years.
17 % vol. Residual sugar 180 g/l. Serve between 10 and 12º C.
