A premium quality Cava from Canals & Munné that I just can't get enough of. This bottling can sit alongside any of the offerings from the great Champagne houses of France. 72 months of aging delivers a delicate yet vigorous mousse that lingers and a fine bead that persists. The palate is dry with pronounced aromas and flavours of apple, pear, lemon, yeast, brioche, and toast. High acidity, medium body and a wonderfully long finish. Delicious!
Perfect Pairings: Shellfish - Lobster, oysters, prawns. Wonderful with fresh berries especially strawberries and more generally as an aperitif for those special occasions.
