El Lagar de Cabrera 2022 Blanco

White wine produced using Moscatel de Alejandría from the DO Sierras de Málaga. Fruit is collected before the berries start drying on the vine to obtain an aromatic must with a level of acidity which give the wine its character and freshness. Only free run must is obtained without the use of mechanical pressure.

Serve between 6 and 8º C.
