Aged Red Wine DO Sierras de Málaga. Petit Verdot. Grapes from finca La Indiana (Ronda). Hand-made harvesting, transporting the grapes to the winery in Moclinejo in cases of 15 kg. The grapes are destalked and immediately proceed to maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. 12 months in French oak barrels.
14% Vol. Serve between 14 and 16° C.
