Lustau Fino Jarana

Like all great Sherry, this Jarana Fino is super dry and pale in colour. The wine is crisp, sharp, and slightly bitter to finish. Fino tends to be light bodied have pronounced green apple and dough flavours and aromas, and some slight orange peel, almond and sage influences.

Perfect Pairings: Warm almonds and grilled asparagus wrapped in Jamon. Another nice option are picadors (white anchovies, pickled peppers and stuffed olives on a stick)
