Sítula Olivares Rosado 2021 | Rosa

Hand harvested and made from the first run juice from Garnacha grapes from high altitude Jumilla DO. Then fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to hold onto the lovely fragrant aromas in order to produce a delicious, crisp and refreshing Rosado. In fact, many discerning wine judges point out that the Olivares Rosado made from 100% Garnacha is every bit as delightful as the much more expensive roses from across the French boarder in Provence.

Perfect Pairings: A great aperitif all year round, but especially in Summer. Wonderful with prawns, lobster, chicken salads, grilled vegetables, salad and Japanese Sushi, Sashimi, soups and Tempura.
