Sumarroca Gran Reserva Brut Nature | Espumoso

Classic Cava from Sumarroca, made from the traditional cava blend grape varieties of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada and then aged for a minimum of 36 months. Pale yellow colour. Fresh or highly complex aroma that mix first notes of pastries, due to 36 months of lees aging, with light notes of fresh fruit, apple, pear, lemon. The mouth is fresh, soft and with very fine mouse (bubbles) that exemplify the wonder of cava. Elegant, serious, long, dry finish and a great expression of cava. Superb value for money, as this wine is almost always sold out before I can get more stock. 

Perfect Pairing: The usual sparkling pairings apply, but I drink this on it's own or with soft cheese and strawberries. Yum!
