A lovely Blanc de Noir Cava (Sparkling Rose) made from Pinot Noir grapes. Very fresh nose with mineral notes and hints of red fruits, raspberries and strawberries, together with subtle notes of pastry from lees aging. On the palate the minerality is more pronounced, together with a refreshing structure and also notes of peach, pear and green apple. Good acidity makes this a refreshing cava that is balanced with a small sweetness to finish.
Perfect Pairings: Great alone an an aperitif. Perfect for pork, chicken, shellfish and fish -white fish as well as oily fish like salmon.
