Lacrima Baccus have been producing good quality Cava since 1890. The winery is within the Catalunya area of the Cava DO. The palate is dry with aromas and flavours of apple, pear, lemon, and subtle hints of toast. High acidity, medium body and a pleasant mineral finish. Simple and good by itself, or good with food.
Perfect Pairings: Shellfish - Lobster, oysters, prawns, whitefish. Wonderful with fresh berries especially strawberries and soft cheese. Great as an aperitif all on its own.
