A very old Tierno, meaning 'tender' wine from DO Málaga using handpicked harvest with small cases of Moscatel de Alejandría Grapes, that are then dried for 15 days. Incomplete fermentation and fortifying occurs using wine alcohol. Aged into underground tanks and centenary old American oak barrels for 10 years.
15% Vol. Residual sugar 300 g/l. Serve between 12 and 14o C.
